The Batavi Marina Chronograaf is powered by a Seagull ST1901 hand-wound chronograph movement. This column-wheel chronograph, with 23 jewels, operates at 3 Hz (21,600 vibrations per hour). It features a small seconds subdial at 9 o'clock, a 30-minute counter at 3 o'clock, a central seconds counter, and hour and minute hands.
