GOLAY ATELIER SA PRESENTS:
4 WOMEN - 4 ARTISTS - 4 TECHNIQUES - 4 CREATIONS
FOR 16 UNIQUE PIECES
For 20 years, we have called upon the know-how and talent of many artisans and artists working in the shadows of watch brands.
From the richness of these meetings was born the Fantastic 4 project.

Marianne Dubuis - "The call of the peaks"
Marianne grew up on the coast, not far from Lake Geneva. But her attraction lies in the mountains, a passion that is reflected in her work. Since childhood, she has drawn meticulously, in the manner of a cut-out, and carving has become for her a logical continuation. In 1979, she “officially” became a cutter.
Self-taught, she creates her own "style" and likes to challenge her creativity, even after 40 years of experience. She knows how to tell a world in images, where her paintings express feelings; the desire to share the love of the mountains, our traditions and the values of the people of our country. Her desire to reveal the simple little joys, sometimes hidden in the details, and her humor, which puts so many situations into perspective... If the viewer is touched, what a reward!

Sarah-Rose Roche-Tokutu - "The Illuminator"
Self-taught, it was in the family library that his passion for "well-written" and colors was born. From his mania for "doodling" at all times and in all places were born the first copies of illuminations, created at the age of 13. The talent was there, and it was with the help of calligraphy collections, but especially thanks to the precious adage "to do is to learn", that his experience was forged.
Make the text more intense, magnify the story with miniatures that contain all the treasures of the world. Let yourself be transported by the image and pass to the other side of the mirror...
Sarah-Rose is certainly being secretly visited by elves!

Dolores Schwab - "The Angel and the Chisel"
Dolores grew up in the Franches-Montagnes and cultivates a love of space, freedom and light. It was at the La Chaux-de-Fonds School of Art that she discovered engraving. Conquered by this craft, it is for her much more than a simple line: it is a process, a journey through the material, a quest for this precious light and a fine touch to mark a delicate imprint.
A stint in watchmaking subcontracting and its industrial constraints irresistibly led her to create her own engraving workshop in 2001. Her gift for finding beauty in what surrounds her reveals her as an essential artist. The art in which Dolores excels is that of sharing and authentic exchanges.
Thus, her gentleness and her sense of observation guide her in the quest for simple treasures.
Dolores' extraordinary talent lies in her ability to transform the humble and ordinary into something remarkable and precious!
Chloé Gérôme - "The Bird Woman"
After studying and starting her career in fashion design, Chloé, passionate about artistic expression, finally found her way in painting on canvas.
Today, after more than 20 years of practice and numerous exhibitions to her credit, she is opening up to new horizons by learning miniature painting on enamel.
Liking to create a sense of surprise, Chloé cultivates a fantastic and colorful universe, populated by ostriches... and not only!
