Tellurium IV
The new Tellurium IV is a design that blends modernity and classicism in a decidedly futuristic form. A twisted rosette with a laser-etched representation of the 12 zodiac signs, month, and date offers a captivating glimpse into the world of astronomy. The massive dial, specially milled for the watch, is particularly striking, with a view of the movement that appears to float within, encased in a glass cube. The design piece depicts the Earth's rotation around the sun once a year, with the Earth rotating once on its axis every 24 hours. Simultaneously, the moon orbits the Earth once every 29.5 days and rotates once on its own axis, so the different phases of the moon are visible from Earth. The Earth then passes through the 12 zodiac signs, months, and days, which can be read on a flat dial. It features an 8-day Westminster chime on four polished bells. Power seconds hand, return spring, 11-jewel Swiss escapement, polished plates, automatic night-time chime shut-off. Rotating arm with hands and representation of the sun, moon, and earth.
