Micro-rotor movement
The Quantra is powered by an automatic micro-rotor movement. Its transparent case back and the positioning of the oscillating weight at the same level as the other components reveal the watch's inner workings, offering a captivating view of the gears in motion. The micro-rotor movement is internally regulated to +/- 7 seconds and features blued screws and a custom ALCADUS rotor.

Sapphire crystal
A symbol of distinction for all ALCADUS models, the Quantra proudly displays box-shaped glasses which protrude from the edge of the case, a notable improvement over the plexiglass (acrylic glass) that was once widespread and prone to scratches.
Remarkably resistant, with a hardness of At 2200-2300 HV, the sapphire crystals that adorn our watches are virtually unbreakable, surpassing diamond in terms of durability and scratch resistance.
Furthermore, our sapphire crystal undergoes a meticulous process, receiving five layers of anti-reflective coating on its inner surface for optimal clarity and readability. This careful treatment ensures optimal visibility without compromising its integrity, as applying the treatment to both surfaces can cause scratches.
Luxury French leather bracelets
The leather strap, often overlooked by many brands, is a crucial detail for ALCADUS. An essential piece of the puzzle, it embodies craftsmanship, durability, tradition, comfort, and quality.
To meet these criteria, we use leathers from Tanneries Haas (owned by the Chanel group) in France, a supplier to major luxury brands. Tanneries Haas, in France, has been tanning leather since 1842 and is renowned for its high-end leathers.
Handcrafted with care
Each of our watch straps is meticulously handcrafted using traditional leatherworking techniques. Each strap is cut, saddle-stitched, and burnished by hand, ensuring its longevity and making your strap a timeless accessory designed to last a lifetime.
The inner lining is made of smooth Zermatt leather from the HAAS tanneries in France, the same type of lining commonly found in Hermès bags.
