VARIO 1945 D12 SMOKED BRONZE GRAY FIELD WATCH
The Vario 1945 D12 pays homage to the Dirty Dozen watches, a collection of Swiss and British timepieces specially designed for the battlefields of World War II. Their black dials, railway-style minute track, luminous hands and markers, and small seconds subdials made them iconic and gave them a highly legible look that remains distinctive to this day.
We've improved the specifications, including an anti-reflective and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, a marine-grade stainless steel case, 100-meter water resistance, a non-fading luminescent coating, and a Japanese automatic movement with stop function. Our crown at 4 o'clock has also been designed for easy grip without digging into the wearer's wrist, ensuring greater comfort.
What distinguishes this bronze edition is its patina journey. Bronze transforms over time, shaped by the environment and the adventures of its wearer, making each watch unique. It can always be polished to restore its golden luster, offering a choice between change and tradition. The raw brass hands add their own slow patina, deepening the story.
